Run For Russ 5K Run and Community Walk 2017

In consideration of this entry, I hereby for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, waive any and all right of claim for damages against the Chino Police Department, Chino Police Officers Association, Russ Miller memorial Fund, RaceWire, City of Chino, all sponsors, or any individualassociated with said event for any and all injuries sustained by me in this event. Also, none of the above parties are responsible for the loss of personal items nor any other for aggravation in connection with the said event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained for this event. I grant full permission to sponsors and others to use photos, film of my participation in said event without liability or obligation to me. In checking the acceptance box, I acknowledge I have read and fully understand my own liability and do accept the restrictions. The race will take place rain or shine UNLESS severe weather conditions threaten the safety of the runners (i.e., lightening, street closures, etc.). In the event of severe weather the race will be cancelled and will NOT be rescheduled. Registration fees will NOT be refunded, please consider them a donation to the Russ Miller Memorial Fund through the Chino Police Officers Foundation.
